About Me
I’m just a regular guy from Iowa that is living his best life because I learned the rules to the game. Now, I know how to Become the Bank in real estate instead of begging the bank. I went from Landscaper to Landlord when I finally came to the conclusion that if I wanted more I had to do more. I have acquired 8 cash flowing properties without filling out an application, qualifying for debt or showing my W2’s. Since then, me and my family’s lives have been forever changed.
